People who knew and show proper etiquette is often perceived as being elegant. Some people were born into an elegant environment but some people weren't. Even if you weren't born into an elegant environment, it is something you can learn and practice.
There is nothing you can do about the fact that people will judge you by the way you look, so use it to your advantage. You don't have to drain your bank account to look refined, you just have to be wise with your choices.
The first impression you give more often than not helps people decide what you are. If you don't create a confident impression, people may not take an extra effort to get to know you, and they won't be able to know whether you have a heart of gold or not.

Here, I break down 7 wardrobe resolutions to undertake now so that you can make space, save money and look the best you have.

• Choose quality over quantity

Spending on good quality, crafted investment pieces could save your money and time. Luxury clothing usually has better fabric, better cuts, and better style.

It's better to buy one thing you love and long-lasting than six cheap things you don't. There's a difference between cost and value.

• Classic fabric

Classic, timeless clothing made of materials that will last well into the next decade is what you should be looking to add to your essential wardrobe. Cotton/ Cashmere/ Linen/ Silk. These fabrics will stand the test of time if cared for properly.

• A good tailor

It's not just a reflection of your style, but an effortless extension of character. Tailoring and alterations can transform an everyday garment into an item that feels and looks amazing to wear. Quality is more valuable than quantity. With professional tailoring, you can even find high-quality items at thrift and consignment shops that tailors can easily alter suit your body shape and needs.

• Never overexpose

Dressing classy requires a bit of modesty- No bandage dress, midriff-baring tops, revealing low décolletage, hotpants or mini skirts.

• Less is more

A statement piece of jewellery like a great bangle or necklace is something you can wear every day to add a polished touch. Elegant and stylish fashion accessories for women are core in classic and business wardrobe styling.

Belt- can be statement pieces and can be worn over shirts, blazers, poncho and dresses.

Bag- Classic wardrobes are built around high-quality, long-lasting, practical items of clothing, footwear and accessories. This is why if you want to create a sophisticated ensemble, your first step is to buy a handbag made of leather. Traditionally, black, brown and beige handbags suit most neutral colour wardrobes. "The more intense the colour, the less of it should be used."
Whatever handbag you choose, make sure it blends with your personality, gives you required comfort are fits the purpose.

Most women have got dull, dry and damaged hair.

Your blow-drying technique matters. Get a great oil and apply to mid-lengths and ends before blow-drying / curling your hair.

If you're lack of time in the morning, you could try a low knot bun/ chignon bun/ ponytail. It may not technically be an accessory, but when it comes to creating an outfit, hair can certainly act like it is. Whether worn up, down, straight or curly, your locks can dramatically change your look. My signature hairstyle is a green-brown mid-length cut with a little curled inwards.
